Mendje can be downloaded for free from the App Store for iPhone and from Google Play for Android devices. Simply search for "Mendje" in your app store.

Downloading the app is free. You can find session prices on our pricing page. We offer different plans to suit your needs.

Every psychologist goes through a rigorous verification process where we check degrees, professional licenses, clinical experience, and references. Only psychologists who meet all criteria are accepted.

During onboarding, you fill out a short questionnaire about your needs. Our intelligent algorithm automatically matches you with the most suitable psychologist. If you have a 4 or 6 session package, you can switch your psychologist for free at any time. If you have a single session and are not satisfied, contact us at info@mendje.com and we will help you.

A standard session lasts 50 minutes.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Your card details are not stored or tracked by us.

Yes, absolutely. All sessions are encrypted and your data is protected according to the highest GDPR standards. Psychologists are obligated to respect professional confidentiality.

Mendje can be used from anywhere in the world. Whether you are in Albania, Kosovo, or abroad — you can connect with licensed Albanian psychologists.

Yes, we offer couples sessions with psychologists specialized in couples therapy. Couples sessions are included in all our plans.

Payment is made online before the session. After payment, we receive automatic confirmation and your session is booked.

All our psychologists speak Albanian. Many of them also speak English, German, Italian, or other languages.

No, just a smartphone with an internet connection. The app works on iPhone and Android. We recommend a stable Wi-Fi connection for the best quality.
